Transaction fees

1°) Residential premises

De 0 to 300 000 € 8 % TTC*
De 300 001€ to 600 000 € 7 % TTC*
De 600 001 € to 900 000 € 6 % TTC*
In excess of 900 001 € 5% TTC*

 

2°) Commercial premises

PURE RENTAL : 12 % of the rent from the first three year period, VAT inclusive*.
TRANSFER : 12 % of the amount of the Sale/Transfer lease, VAT inclusive*.
COMMERCIAL PREMISES : consult to the transaction.

 

 

3°) Parking

De 0 to 60 000 € Flat fee 6 000 € TTC
In excess of 60 000 € 10% TTC


Rental fees

Ceiling in a zone with high demand (Paris)

 

  • Visit, file, drawing up of contract: 12€ / m² tax inclusive. Inventory and statement of state and repair : 3€ / m² tax inclusive

Drawing up of a basic rental lease – Renewal of a contract


  • Flat Fee: 500€ tax-inclusive to be shared 50/50 between the lessor and the tenant

*If modification / drafting of a new contract at the request of the tenant, fees payable exclusively by the tenant

 

Rental Management

  • Between 5 and 7 % tax-exclusive depending on the rental cost

 

Parking

  • Landlord Package : 500 € TTC
  • Tenant Package : 500 € TTC
