Your tasks:
Researching properties on the market in order to develop your portfolio.
Precise and objective valuations of exceptional apartments.
Drawing up of sales agreements.
Organising and taking charge of visits.
Drawing up and writing real estate advertisements.
Promotion of properties targeting qualified buyers.
Accompanying your client portfolio (potential buyers and sellers) throughout their real estate project.
Negotiating and following up on sales up to the signature of the authentic deed (acte authentique).
